I’ve been in the Health and Fitness industry for over 20 years. I’ve trained out of both big gyms and small boutique studios, and have also owned my own successful Personal Training and Pilates Studio in Melbourne.

I’m a Human Foundations qualified Functional Patterns practitioner as well as holding a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) Human Movement.

I’ve recently relocated my family to beautiful Buderim on the Sunshine Coast, QLD. I’m available for in person sessions at my home studio in Buderim and virtual / online sessions.
